Comment Spammers Must Die!

[Updates below.]

My comment system is open to anyone. This means it is open for abuse and anyone who has visited here regularly knows that abuse is regular. Comment spammers are active and irritating.

So when one of them leaves the e-mail address of nospam@nospampreteen-sex.info in one of their own spams...I wonder about the personality behind the campaign to indirectly yet utterly ruin whatever partially acceptable reputation this "business" might have had. Adding in some clever quote months after a discussion is over doesn't absolve you of your graffiti; it's just a cover to make it look like a legitimate comment has been left. It's fraud, really.

More spammy-ness here.

NOTICE
Comments will be held for moderation so they won't show up immediately. Please be patient.

By commenting here, you take responsiblity for what you write. Any grievances with what is posted in my comments should be directed to the person who wrote them, and that is not necessarily me.

I reserve the right to delete any comment I wish as this is my property you are commenting upon, but I'm pretty laid-back so it isn't likely to happen unless you are some psycho idiot jerk. Oh, and unless you have my permission to promote your good or service, you are wasting your time: unsolicited advertisements will result in comment deletion and URL banning. This blog ain't for you spammers or the crap you want to sell.

Hello. I just wanted to give a quick greeting and tell you I enjoyed reading your material.

Irony never fails to amuse. In a post about comment spamming, I get a comment...from a comment spammer.

We over at the QW have placed a binding restriction concerning comment spam "ads" at 200$ per word. So far the damn comment spammers owe us a half million bucks, and the count i growing every day. I have found a few of their front companies and offices, and sent certified collections letters to them. If one of these EVER works, and we get paid, or at least get them to abandon this bullshit, then it will be worth it.

if everyone charged for "ads" placed in comments, we could all band together and file a class action lawsuit or something someday and get a piece for everyone involved.

Down with spammers!
